Word from the Office Staff on Twitter, Alternatives and What We'll Do in the Future
As you know, the future of Twitter is uncertain. We've considered other venues for the services we provide on Twitter, and at this moment we see no suitable alternative. Nothing that combines the ease, the freedom, and the audience of Twitter. In fact, we believe no such alternative will exist as long as Twitter is there, even in zombified form. So if Twitter fails, we will wait for its true alternative to emerge and fill the vacuum. A new venue may require a new approach to how we frame and run the account. Time will tell. Rest assured, we will remain here. You can find us here. We hope that Twitter can survive yet more turmoil. If that is not the case, then we will wait for an opportunity to present itself somewhere else.
